DO University is a 5-year Education Program designed for 10-14 year-old students, based on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe California. Ideal candidacy includes not just the child, but the parents as well!
It comprises a collection of academic and physical curriculum not found anywhere else. With dedication, practice, and performance, after 5 years your child will be exceptionally competent in a WIDE variety of skills. |

As mentioned, the above is just "some" of the content areas, and there is much greater detail and depth in each.
Music, as an example, will utilize the violin as the primary instrument, with supporting theory development with piano. Additional instruments will be introduced, and in all cases considerable performance will accompany study. A deeper inspection of violin..classic music will form the foundation, with a period of focus on bluegrass, and additional exploration in other styles, such as jazz, country, and foreign artistry. As another illumination of a content area--in Home Economics--each student will become very competent in the kitchen, understanding nutrition, preparing healthy meals, cooking and preparing such things as breads, salads, desserts, foreign dishes, and canning and preserving. DO University is also a *Delicious Program*. |
